Maria is a founding partner and lawyer of Taverniti | Vashishth LLP. Before founding the firm, Maria was integral in resolving hundreds of personal injury claims. She understands the importance of client service through her 17 years of running a business.
Maria’s primary focus is personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, negligence matters and long term disability claims. She prides herself on working with clients and moving their matter forward together. She ensures that all her clients are given a fair and open hearing.
She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and Bankruptcy Court.
When not at work, Maria enjoys cooking gourmet meals for her family. She enjoys reading. Maria is also an avid movie goer and very much enjoys musicals. She also donates her time to a variety of charitable causes.
